Our goal is your satisfaction with DrDaveDuka.com. If you are unsatisfied, you can ask for a refund within 30 Days of your purchase date.
No Refund for Digital Products
Please be aware that Webinars and eBooks purchases are non-refundable.
Full Refund Only
You can only request a full refund of all your payments for the complete subscription. We do not process partial refunds.
Returning your Money
We will attempt to refund your money in the same way that you paid us. However, as a general rule, credit card companies only allow a refund in this way for up to 90 days, and PayPal only allows 60 days. If you ask for a refund after 60/90 days, we will work with you to send you a check or money order or find another way to refund you. Please be patient.
Refunds — PDU and SEU Claims
Please do not claim any PDUs and SEUs for the Webinars that were refunded to you. Doing so would contradict The PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. We reserve the right to communicate refunds to PMI to ensure everyone follows ethical behavior.
If you still wish to claim your PDUs and SEUs, do not request a refund. Cancel your subscription when it is due for renewal. If you have a monthly subscription, cancel before the next month, and if you have a yearly subscription, cancel before the next yearly cycle begins.

Please write to [email protected] and ask for a refund. Please provide the First, Last, and Email Addresses on your account. Your request may be completed in 5 business days. Please be patient.
